Bitterroot Floral is the best! I live in Oregon and a life long friend passed away. It has been very hard. The employee who answered the phone, I apologize for not remembering her name, was so very kind, helpful, understanding, and concerned. I felt like she really wanted to help me. She made sure I was happy with the arrangement I ordered. Additionally, the delivery driver was awesome. There was a small challenge and he was so kind, helpful, and also concerned. There are no words to express how appreciative I was with him. That level of customer service is difficult to find these days. Please express my extreme gratitude to both of their supervisors. Wonderful online ordering experience; easy to navigate and accurate pictures of items ordered (the flowers received are gorgeous and the cupcakes were delicious and a big hit!). Thank You and Well Done! My aunt was thrilled and yall made me look good ;)

Thank you so much to everyone at Bitterroot Flower Shop who helped make my vision come to life for my wedding. Everything from the bouquets, arch flowers & cake florals were amazing, so thoughtfully put together & fantastic quality. Marjorie & her team were so helpful through the whole planning process. Well, apparently delivery and quality items were received, beautifully. It's too bad she threw $160 of goods away. American's are pretty wasteful, so, no arguing there. I do, however, praise the ease of website ordering, and look forward to not getting things tossed.

I can’t say enough positive things about BitterRoot Flower Shop. I ordered a wreath for a friend in town after researching several flower shops, and I’m so thankful I chose this one. You never quite know what you’re going to get when ordering flowers, but oh my goodness—they did an outstanding job. The wreath was fresh, beautifully designed, and absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Bitterroot Flowers to anyone looking for truly exceptional floral work.

We were so fortunate to work with Marjorie at Bitterroot Flower Shop for our son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party. From the very beginning, Marjorie was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with. She was sensitive to the wishes of the different families involved and made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. What impressed us most was her exceptional talent and attention to detail. She took the time to understand the bride’s vision for the wedding and created arrangements for the rehearsal dinner and welcome party that beautifully complemented the wedding style while remaining distinct enough to ensure the wedding itself remained the centerpiece of the weekend. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and helped create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for family and friends to gather and celebrate the special couple.
